I ordered a new set of winter tires and rims from Glenforest Garage. Every aspect of the transaction and service was perfect.

Got a new set of winter tires installed this year. Quinn and his team were excellent. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for future services.

Update: After I posted my original review about the high cost of my tire changeover off rims, the owner reached out to me directly. He explained their pricing and proactively refunded the full amount for the service. I really appreciate that he took the feedback seriously and was willing to make things right without any hassle. The work itself was fine and the staff in the shop were pleasant to deal with. I am updating my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars based on how the situation was handled. My only suggestion is that clearer up front pricing for tire services would help customers understand what to expect before they approve the work. Original review: Brought my Tesla Model 3 here for a winter tire changeover off rims. The work itself seems fine and the guys in the shop were pleasant to deal with, so this is not about their attitude or workmanship. What really surprised me was the price. I was charged about $260 all in for a simple off rim swap and balance on four tires. After calling around and checking what other shops in the GTA charge for the same service, it looks like I paid significantly more than the going rate. I understand every shop can set its own rates, but for a routine tire job this felt excessive. At the very least I would have appreciated clearer up front pricing so I could make an informed decision before approving the work. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not come back here for tire services.

I went to Glenforest Auto Service on a recommendation of a friend . Mark took care of me, asked what was required , and called me when he knew what the issue was. I had my winter tires put on, one needed repairing, had the oil changed and the emergency break fixed. All was done in a timely fashion, reasonable price and amazing convenience. I highly recommended Glenforest Service. Great job Mark!!
